Every resource in the manufacturing system — CNC machines, robots, conveyor systems, automated warehouses — is represented and animated in the 3D environment in real time, synchronized with the simulation logic. Engineering teams can validate layouts and operational strategies with immediate visual clarity, communicating results effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Maximum speed when it counts
When quantitative optimisation is the goal, Simulator can be run in headless mode: the same control logic runs at maximum speed without graphical rendering, enabling rapid exploration of dozens of configurations to pinpoint the optimal setup.
Process simulation and NC machining
The platform also supports modelling of individual production processes: machining operations, part handling, tool-workpiece interaction. A single environment to validate both line logistics and numerically controlled machining cycles.
Part of the TTS 3D ecosystem
Simulator shares its virtual environment model with Supervisor and MachineNC. No duplication: the same 3D model supports design, commissioning and operational supervision in production.
